We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to own and elevate our end-to-end native App experience on refurbed. Your work will make the entire journey from discovering our app to browsing, purchasing, and managing orders feel effortless, inspiring, and joyful.
You’ll play a key role in bringing our app into a new era of AI-assisted shopping, designing intuitive and human-centered experiences that help customers make smarter and more sustainable choices.
You will collaborate closely in your new squad with product managers, engineers, and data specialists to define the future of our mobile experience. Together, you will balance usability, conversion, and brand differentiation to create memorable and innovative experiences for sustainable shopping.
WHO YOU ARE
You’re a native app expert. You have 5+ years of product design experience on iOS and Android apps. You have a strong sense for interaction, motion, and usability in native environments and you are experienced with the platform-specific design systems and know when to flex them for a great experience.
Your portfolio shows impact. You demonstrate end-to-end product thinking from uncovering insights and defining problems to delivering results that improve user experience and business outcomes.
You communicate with influence. You can clearly present, discuss, and advocate for design work and align diverse stakeholders around user needs and your design reasoning.
You’re data-informed. You blend quantitative data and qualitative insights to guide your design decisions and measure impact.
You’re an AI enthusiast. You’re comfortable exploring and integrating generative AI tools in your workflow and you’re excited to shape how they transform UX work itself.
You thrive cross-functionally. You collaborate naturally with Product, Engineering, Data, Research and Marketing balancing empathy, clarity, and delivery.
