As a Senior Business Developer for the category Home & Garden you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and closing high-impact partnerships with brands and professional sellers, shaping the assortment strategy and growth.
WHO YOU ARE
You bring 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships, ideally within marketplace, retail, or e-commerce environments working with brands in the Household Appliances or Garden space
You speak German and English fluently; an additional European language (e.g. Italian) is a strong plus
You have a proven track record of closing complex, enterprise-level deals, managing long sales cycles end-to-end
You are passionate about working with people and can communicate, influence, and persuade stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and C-level counterparts, backed by strong commercial acumen
You are resilient and persistent, learning from setbacks without losing momentum
You are a structured, analytical problem-solver who can quickly understand complex business and operational setups
