About the job This role is responsible for driving measurable revenue impact in EMEA through data driven lifecycle and engagement programs. You will partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Analytics to design, launch, and optimize campaigns across email, SMS, in-product surfaces, and other channels. The position uses customer insights and behavioral signals to shape lifecycle strategies, improve activation and adoption, and run experiments that raise overall customer value. The goal is to create a cohesive experience that moves customers through key moments, strengthens product usage, and accelerates growth for Twilio.
