About The Team:

The Home Delivery Network (HFDN) Delivery Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day home delivery operations via multiple Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). This role requires overseeing a number of variables, ensuring route coverage and maintaining service quality aligned with our promise to customers. The HFDN Delivery Coordinator leverages multiple systems, including live tracking, EPOD (Electronic Proof of Delivery) monitoring for multiple sites within the HFDN network. The role will foster strong relationships with DSPs, internal logistics teams, and key stakeholders across the business, keeping our customers at the heart of everything we do.The HFDN Delivery Coordinator will exemplify a hands-on, problem-solving mindset, a commitment to learning, and an egoless, collaborative approach while relentlessly prioritising for long-term success.

What You Will Be Doing:

Oversee daily delivery operations, across multiple sites ensuring all routes are covered efficiently by DSPs

Monitor live delivery systems and address any operational challenges in real-time with the relevant DSP

Review EPOD images and performance data to ensure service quality aligns with customer expectations

Escalate unresolved or critical issues to appropriate DSPs or internal management

Raise issue tickets to the internal logistics team where issues arise

Be able to interpret delivery data and inform the relevant stakeholders

Maintain and update relevant operational data sheets

Build and nurture strong relationships with DSPs, ensuring seamless collaboration and operational alignment

Act as a point of contact for DSPs, promptly addressing concerns or providing guidance

Proactively identify and resolve customer-impacting issues to uphold HelloFresh’s service promise

Who You Are:

Experience in home delivery operations or a similar logistics role

Demonstrated ability to multi-task various operational tasks

Exceptional organisational and time management skills

Familiarity in excel, google sheets etc

Strong problem solving skills

Understanding of delivery network operations and associated challenges
