Responsibilities
- Create and maintain project, workstream, and programme schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira
- Support Programme Managers in identifying milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
- Collaborate with functional leads to optimise resource allocation and avoid over-allocation
- Document meeting minutes, actions, and decisions from programme reviews
- Produce Gantt charts and other visual planning tools
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling processes
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in project or programme scheduling
- Solid understanding of scheduling principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong experience with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Jira)
- Experience working in global, technical engineering environments
- Familiarity with Agile practices and engineering development lifecycles
- Strong collaboration skills, adaptability, and flexibility to changing priorities

Working closely with Engineering Programme Managers and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure timely delivery by identifying dependencies, critical paths, and resource bottlenecks
