Your Impact
Design, build, and lead the technical direction of end-user features used by millions of people worldwide.
Own architectural decisions within your domain — defining, evolving, and clearly communicating scalable, maintainable designs aligned with broader platform strategy.
Break down complex product requirements into clear technical designs and executable work, guiding teams from concept through delivery.
Act as a technical leader and role model within the team, setting high standards for code quality, testing, reliability, and operational excellence.
Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, supporting their technical growth through pairing, reviews, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
Partner closely with product managers and designers to influence roadmap decisions, balancing customer value, technical health, and long-term sustainability.
Listen to the customer and elevate their experience. CSAT, NPS, feedback, and metrics are their voice — drive investigations, identify root causes, and lead impactful improvements.
Optimise — champion effective use of AI tools across the team to improve productivity, accelerate delivery, and focus effort on the most complex engineering challenges.
Lead by example — bring curiosity, accountability, and positivity, helping foster a culture of ownership, learning, and collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in an analytical subject such as Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or Software Engineering.
